New York Leatherneck Campaign

The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation is the nation’s oldest and largest provider of need-based scholarships to military children, founded by Gen Martin F. Rockmore USMC (Ret) at the very first Leatherneck Ball in 1962.

The 2026 Leatherneck Ball is sold out. However, you can still support our mission of Honoring Marines by Educating Their Children. Donations to the Leatherneck Campaign directly fund scholarships for the children of Marines and Navy Corpsmen. If seating becomes available, donors will be contacted first.

We are proud to honor Eric Gleacher with this year’s Semper Fidelis Award. As an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and veteran Marine infantry officer, Eric has demonstrated the unwavering dedication and ethical leadership that embody the Marine Corps motto, ‘Always Faithful,’ through decades of selfless service that have made a lasting impact on our society.
